New Illinois 10th Constitutional Convention

The 10th Constitutional Convention for New Illinois will be held at the Chateau Hotel and Conference Center, 1621 Jumer Drive, Bloomington.

Registration is from 3:00 pm till 6:00 pm. An optional prayer gathering will be held from 5:00 till 5:30. Social hour will be from 5:30 – 6:30. A VIP reception will also be held from 5:45 – 6:30.

Friday evening dinner will be followed by a keynote address from Ted Dabrowski. Ted is a financial expert, author, and founder of Fight for Illinois. He will also speak on Saturday morning.

Saturday morning will also feature Illinois State Senator Chris Balkema. A member of the state legislature since January 2025, Sen. Balkema is the former Grundy County Board Chair. He currently serves on the Grundy County Economic Development Council.

After a time for Q & A, there will be a joint session of the New Illinois State Legislature. Constitution Committee Chair Dan Juffernbruch will provide a report on the progress of the second draft of the New Illinois State Constitution.

Saturday afternoon, there will be a working session of the New Illinois State Senate and Assembly. Concurrently, New Illinois State Vice Chair Larry Mulch will hold a town hall and answer questions about New Illinois.

Early bird tickets will be available for purchase from October 13 through October 27, with regular prices tickets available starting October 28.
